Today is Easter, Happy Easter! I thought I would share with you some of my initial sketches for the Stealing Daisies collection.

Often the drawings are very imaginative, unrealistic and use pieces I would never produce but some have been developed into real pieces.
Recognise any of these? The two tiered dress and the Dip Dyed Tutu.

I have always been a very keen drawer, I love it. These days I mostly draw ethereal creatures wearing fanciful concoctions which I sometimes bring to life.

It is interesting I think to see a thought process and the ideas and if you like "art" behind an idea.

Enjoy! and eat chocolate...

For my little sister Maeve's birthday, I decided, why not dress up like a present!

Shirt I made from Nanny's friends nursery fabric, Stealing Daisies dip dyed tutu, pink socks from forever and mums old Bally boots.

We got manicures for her birthday and I thought my Romance Was Born purse went nicely...

Bracelets from my friends Manet and Bella. And a gift from Stathi and Joel (also friends) straw bracelet from my dads travels when he was young.
Maeve also looked lovely with lavender nails and blue jeans.

We saw Shared Frequencies that night and it was AMAZING!!!! Especially the second dance. For those not hailing from Sydney, Shared Frequencies is a brilliant dance by the Sydney Dance Company.

Only A DAY left of exams + school.

This is very exciting.

!!!!

Yesterday I went to my friend Ella's house and bought a Louis Vuitton bag sack (the ones they put the expensive bags in to protect them) and a pair of 70's style sunnies, all for the princely sum of $2.60...

You can actually buy these online- weird...
Me and Maeve (aka Favio) had WAY to much fun taking this photo.
Yeah, they are pretty nifty aren't they!!! Thankyou Ella...

:)

Channelling my 70's chic vibes:

So at school I am known for my weird trend predictions, I sometimes just know what will be in fashion...

It is a strange talent I have, which comes from a bit of general observations and the zeitgeist.

So for some reason today I just realised fluoro pink accents will be HUGE.

About Me, Favio and Fran.

My photo
Sydney, NSW, Australia
Okay, so MY name isn't Favio or Fran, but my little siter's alter ego's IS. My little sister is Favio, a Mexican Royal who claims to be the son of twiggy. Francis (Fran) is Favio's girlfriend who is a model. They live in Sydney together and have all sorts of wacky adventures with their friends Leelay and Michelle as well as Ainestein and Paulenstein -who has been nicknamed P-dog for short. It all sounds weird but it isn't really. Favio and Fran in this context however is the name of my newest label, very fashion, targeted at tweens-to-twenties it features pieces designed and made by me as well as recondtioned vintage, Have fun fun fun!!!
